Dry Rice Noodles (Dry Phở, Phở Khô)

INGREDIENTS:

+ Rice, Tapioca starch, Sugar, Salt, Stabilizer (INS 406)

DIRECTIONS:

+ Place the rice noodles into a pot of boilling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

+ Remove the noodles from the pot using a strainer and rinse noodles with cold water, let the noodle dry.

+ Serve as you wish: Put the boiled noodles into a bowl, then add chicken/beef/pork/crab broth and it's ready to use. Or prepare stir-fried dishes, mixed with vegetables, meat and spices of your choice.
